What the statuses mean

Processing

Your order is picked and packed. Nothing has left the building yet.

In transit

The carrier has it. Tracking updates as it moves between depots — a quiet day is normal.

Delivered

Marked delivered by the carrier. If it is not where you expect, check with neighbours before contacting us.

Exception

The carrier hit a problem — a bad address, weather, or a failed delivery attempt. Contact us and we will chase it.

All orders ship domestically within the USA through major carriers. Tracking usually appears within 24 hours of dispatch.
